1.茭白去皮洗净、切丝;

2.香葱切末;

3.起油锅;

4.打入两颗鸡蛋,翻炒至蛋液凝固即可盛出,因为待会还要回锅;

5.盛出鸡蛋后的锅里,再加入少量食用油,加入葱花翻炒;

6.再加入切好的茭白丝翻炒;
