1.面包机和面,韭菜择洗干净。

2.切细。

3.加菜籽油拌匀,加盐以后不会有大量渗水。

4.加洗净的虾皮。

10.边缘捏一下,再用叉子扎一圈。

11.平底锅加适量油,中小火煎。

12.翻面再煎,两面金黄即可起锅。若是喜欢吃外皮柔软一点的,可以加少许水,盖盖焖一下,再煎至金黄。

18.剩下的馅料下锅迅速翻炒,撒在韭菜盒子里一起吃也很不错。

19.水粉比跟粉的吸水性有关,因粉而异。
