1.花生米用微波炉高火叮2分钟,不是烤熟,稍微烤干就行。

2.黄油软化后加入糖,拌匀。

3.加入香草精并分二次加入蛋液,用打蛋器高速打发

4.呈均匀的奶油糊状。

5.筛入低粉及泡打粉的混合物。用刮刀稍微拌和。

6.加入放凉的花生米。

7.用手和成均匀的面团。

8.将面团放在保鲜膜上,用手整形成长方条状。

9.再用保鲜膜包好 ,放入冰箱冷冻1小时。

10.冷冻好的面团用刀切成方形片摆放在烤盘里。

11.放入预热170度的烤箱内25分钟左右,用余温再焖10分钟。(我在烤盘下面又加了一个空烤盘预防上色过度)
