1.蒸鱼之前,用盐水泡10分钟(盐水1克)。调汁准备小饭碗,碗中放入盐2克,鸡粉2克,白糖1克。耗油,蒸鱼豉油,生抽,胡椒粉适量。

2.锅中注油,葱白段,蒜子,姜片爆香。

3.倒入之前调好的调味汁煮沸,捞出葱姜蒜,倒入适量菜籽油,盛出调味汁待用。

4.锅中注水煮沸,把泡好的鱼放入锅中,大火蒸至1分钟。

5.倒入调味汁蒸至5分钟入味熟透。

6.撒上葱花,香菜叶盛出即可。
