1.过滤奶糊

2.2个鸡蛋,80g低粉,35g细砂糖,全部放入干净的盆里

3.先加一半牛奶,搅拌成糊状,再根据粘稠度加入适量牛奶

4.黄油微波炉叮一下融化,加入奶糊搅拌均匀

5.过滤奶糊。最后的奶糊是比较粘稠的液体,类似营养快线的粘稠度

6.小火,锅里加黄油。我不喜欢太油,所以用厨房纸把多余的黄油吸掉,下一个蛋饼只要拿有油的厨房纸擦一下锅底就可以了

8.非常小的火,加个盖子可以保湿,让饼皮熟的更快而且饼底不会硬

14.像叠被子一样两边包起,然后在另外两边压两条痕,就像军训的时候叠豆腐干。然后再折成方块,翻过来静置几分钟就定型了
