7.将红糖倒入大碗中,继续用打蛋器搅拌

8.将面粉、盐,小苏打倒入筛网

9.加入可可粉一起过筛!

10.过筛后将粉分次倒入大碗里,充分搅拌

11.分次倒入面粉喔,先用抹刀沿一个方向搅拌!不可用打蛋器,会搅得到处都是。

12.混合得干粉不多时再用打蛋器搅拌均匀。

13.烤盘中抹油,将面糊倒入

14.抹平后即可入烤箱

15.烤箱预热180度,上下火20分钟

16.时间到就可以拿出,待稍凉即可脱模,切去上面凸起的顶部。

17.切掉顶部和旁边微黑的部分

18.然后再从中部切开,做夹层,增强湿润与多层口感

20.准备夹层和表层材料。坚果碎可以用搅拌机也可以用擀面杖压碎。淡奶只要你用来调节黏稠度的,夹层我加了奶油奶酪

21.黑巧克力隔水融化,加入奶油奶酪搅拌均匀

22.夹层不需要太稀,将底片cookie放在一个大盘上。倒上夹层酱

23.把酱抹均匀,盖上上面那片cookie

24.调一下表层酱,表层要稀一点!

25.将表层酱倒在表层,然后左右倾斜一下盘子让酱铺满
