1.准备好玉米面、鸡蛋、白砂糖、牛奶(煮开)、酵母

2.热牛奶加入玉米面中,搅拌成粒状

3.等玉米面变温后,依次加入鸡蛋、白砂糖、酵母搅拌

4.搅拌到没有玉米面颗粒

5.再加入适当的面粉搅拌成黏糊状,保鲜膜盖上,发酵到2倍大

6.发酵好的面进行排气,然后放到小碗中不要太满7分满即可,再放上自己喜欢的水果或者干果(在碗中放面前可在碗中刷油,防止粘连)

7.蒸锅放水大火烧开后放入蒸锅,25分钟关火,再焖5分钟即可出锅,松软可口的发糕就做好了
