1.包菜切成小块洗净备用。

2.红薯粉泡软以后切成小段备用。

3.鸡蛋打入碗中,加入盐搅打均匀。

4.锅中两勺油热以后,放入包菜煸炒干水分后舀出。

5.3勺油热以后,放入鸡蛋液,等鸡蛋液快定型时才翻炒。

6.把鸡蛋炒成小块后舀出。

7.3勺油热以后,放入包菜和粉丝一起炒。

8.放入鸡蛋块翻炒均匀。

9.加入盐调味,再加入生抽调味上色翻炒均匀。
