老抽适量,
白糖适量猕猴桃酒,与白糖等量红烧鸡爪的做法步骤

1.鸡爪解冻焯水,去除冰箱味。。。。或者用开水烫一下也可以去掉冰箱味

2.热锅冷油,放入鸡爪

3.低温油放入鸡爪,开炸

4.炸到鸡皮起大泡,稍微有点焦糊就起锅

5.倒出锅里的油,剩一点点,倒入红烧汁【老抽:白糖:猕猴桃酒=1.5:1:1】熬煮出糖色,熬出老抽有点焦糖口味即可,不要糊了。

6.倒入鸡爪翻炒上色

7.倒入开水,闷煮10分钟

8.10分钟后,开盖用大火收汁

9.汁液不用收的特别干,那个汁液富含胶原蛋白,可以泡饭吃。冷了会结成肉皮冻,也很好吃。嘿嘿。
