1.南瓜和紫薯洗净去皮,切成片上锅蒸熟。

2.蒸熟后的南瓜和紫薯分别放入2个小盆中。

3.紫薯放入2勺白糖,压成泥拌匀。

4.我先放了1碗面粉。

5.放入酵母,倒少许温水。注意??也可以先不用倒水,直接把紫薯泥和面粉搅拌均匀,如果觉得干再倒水,不干就不用倒水了。

6.揉成光滑的面团,盖上保鲜膜醒发至2倍大。

7.南瓜放入2大勺白糖按压搅拌均匀。

8.放入适量面粉,蒸南瓜水份大,要多放面粉,不能放水。

9.放入酵母搅拌均匀,在搅拌的过程中如果觉得太软要及时加面粉。

10.揉成光滑的面团盖上保鲜膜醒发至2倍大。

11.醒发好的面用手指戳一洞不会往回缩,这个没醒发好,又过了15分钟才好。

12.醒发好的面,排气后搓成长条,揪成均匀的面剂子。

13.把面团搓圆。

14.南瓜面剂子要比紫薯面剂子稍微大一点。

15.把南瓜剂子擀成圆形面皮。

16.像包包子一样包起来。

17.包好的面团用刀在顶部割十字花刀。割好后盖湿布二次醒发15分钟。注意??如果蒸笼不是平方的不要放在蒸笼里二次醒发,可以等醒发好了再放蒸笼里。

18.蒸锅放入适量水,把蒸笼放上冷水开始蒸,等蒸笼冒气后再蒸10分钟就好了。
