1.鸡爪.姜蒜、生抽、老抽、料酒、蚝油、辣椒、白胡椒粉、白糖

2.鸡爪对半切好洗干净。

3.锅里放入适量清水水烧开,加葱段、姜片、料酒。

4.放入鸡爪煮至断生。

5.捞出鸡爪放入流动水下冲洗,去浮沫、油,再放冰水浸泡一会。

6.捞出鸡爪风干表皮水分

7.锅置火上油烧至六成热,放入鸡爪炸制。(盖上盖子,防止油溅伤)炸至金黄色捞起沥油,放入凉水中浸泡1小时

8.姜、蒜、辣椒、料酒、蚝油、糖、生抽、老抽、白胡椒粉.调成味汁备用。

9.将味汁淋入盘中拌匀,为了赶时间我放入高压锅煮15分钟

10.取出后汤汁较多将鸡爪倒入锅中,用慢火收干汤汁即可
