1.芹菜择去老筋,洗净改刀后焯水。(焯水时加油加盐可使颜色碧绿)

2.黑木耳泡发择去根部洗净摘小朵。

3.花生米泡发后加入花椒、八角、盐煮熟。

6.葱切成末,下入油锅中小火制成葱油。

7.芝麻酱加少许温水和老抽慢慢调稀调匀。

8.把所有处理好的原料放入盆中。
