抹茶粉,
2克,
糯米粉,
125克,
细砂糖,
25克,
温水,
130毫升桂花酱适量桂花抹茶年糕的做法步骤

1.将抹茶粉、糯米粉、白砂糖搅拌均匀。

2.加入温水130毫升搅匀成糯米糊。

3.取一容器,抹一层油,将糯米糊倒入容器内。

4.将糯米糊放入蒸锅内,盖上屉布以免水蒸汽滴入,中小火蒸30分钟即可。

5.晾凉后取出切块,抹上桂花酱或其它果酱即可食用。
