小窍门&温馨提示
过程看着很多页,其实真简单,菜加盐去水,泡水去咸,挤干水分。调料一起打末调在一起就可以了。就是调料添加的量必须自己摸索,家常菜品,精确不到克的。。。菜去水了一定要泡洗到不咸,不然辣椒酱也有咸味,到时候难以下咽额。
