1.精选老南瓜半个,~`瓤取出,籽洗净可以用锅炒下就是南瓜子哈哈,大家懂的..

2.紫薯削皮洗净

3.南瓜切块备用~``

4.紫薯切块,然后撒点白糖,或者冰糖,在微波炉里转软,或者在锅里蒸软也行

5.捣成紫薯泥

9.食用油备用, (这是上次炸狮子头剩的油,再次利用起来哈)

10.接着把南瓜也蒸软

18.下油锅啦!!~````因为后面不敢用力,没把芝麻拍牢,都跑掉了,好可惜撒
