小窍门&温馨提示
1 鸡蛋用铲子滑散,压碎就好(不要用刀躲)这样口感好!
2 韭菜一定要捆干水分哦,这样包的时候好包一点,不至于汁水会流出来
3 皮一定要擀薄一点
4 不用烙很长时间,这些菜都容易熟,煎至两面金黄即可
