2.尖椒切成菱形块儿,葱切块儿,姜切片

3.猪肉切薄片

4.热锅冷油炒糖色

5.下入肉片迅速翻炒

6.把肉炒至变色后下入葱丁和姜片(如果用瘦肉炒至变色就行,如果是五花就多炒会儿,把肉片里的油尽量都煸出来)

7.下入青椒翻炒

8.调入适量酱油、盐、鸡精、花椒面翻炒均匀就可以出锅了
