1.转化糖浆加入枧水搅拌均匀!

2.倒入九三花生油!

3.然后搅拌均匀!

4.筛入面粉,慢慢用筷子先搅拌成絮!

5.之后团成团,放入冰箱冷藏两个小时!

6.豆沙馅一次分好,要比平常的馅的量大一些!

7.放入豆沙馅包好!

8.包好之后整理成长柱状,如图!

9.然后放入月饼模具里面,整理好形状!如图

10.然后倒扣到烤盘上!

11.依次把所有的月饼做好,然后烤箱预热200°中层五分钟定型!

12.定型之后拿出来,抹上一层蛋液再次放入烤箱中,180°中层15分钟就可以了!(有的人会问颜色是怎么弄上去的,颜色是用了使用色素粘的棉签画上去的)
