1.备菜。

2.将白菜洗净备用。

3.准备炸豆腐丸子,将300g豆腐碾碎。

4.将切好的胡萝卜末,芹菜末,倒入碎豆腐里,加入盐,果蔬粉,十三香,酱油,植物油,搅拌均匀。

5.锅中放油,油热转小火放入丸子,小火慢炸,炸至金黄捞出,放凉备用。

6.白菜和豆腐分别切成和锅一样高度。

7.在白菜叶之间夹入豆腐,切口朝上依次码入锅中。

8.开火倒入素高汤(根据锅的大小倒入适量的素高汤,汤在白菜的2/3高度)。

9.开中火煮沸,加入丸子,白果,煮10分钟即可出锅。
