1.白玉菇切掉根部,洗净。

2.锅中放水烧开,放入白玉菇焯烫,捞出洗净备用。

3.锅中放油烧热,鸡蛋打散,倒入锅中炒后盛出备用。

4.锅中放油烧热,放入白玉菇翻炒均匀。
