1.田螺用清水反复的清洗干净.姜拍成泥,

2.锅中加入清水烧开后到入田螺煮5分钟左右后捞出用清水再次洗净

3.锅烧热,倒入适量油.加入姜,干辣椒,花椒炒香

4.把配料炒香后放入豆瓣酱翻炒片刻,倒入田螺,相继加入老抽生抽盐翻炒

5.倒入啤酒,以没过田螺为标准

6.大火烧开后转小火,慢烧至汤汁浓稠后即可起锅

1.田螺最后能买到那种剔除掉尾部的。那样会比较好入味(今天我没买到呢)
