1.把鱿鱼须洗干净,接头处切断,

2.用米酒、蒜泥、胡椒粉和盐腌制10min,

3.加入蛋清,抓拌均匀,

6.待油温烧到180℃左右时,把鱿鱼须分次下入锅内,待变成金黄色即可起锅,
