1.准备原材料;

2.热锅凉油, 放入肉末进去煸炒;

6. 再加入适量的盐调味;

7.最后加入点红辣椒进去翻炒均匀,盛入盘中。

小窍门&温馨提示
1. 切皮蛋的时候可以将皮蛋里面的蛋黄不要, 这样避免皮蛋黄太稀不成型, 影响菜品的卖相; 2. 放入肉末进去煸炒, 直至肉末变色, 加入点料酒烹一下,帮助去腥; 3. 最后放入红辣椒圈翻炒均匀, 点缀下菜品。
