1.冬菇泡软,切片。

2.胡萝卜切粗条。(纠结红白萝卜不同吃的可不放。)

6.叉烧切片或条。

7.鱼腐切小块。

8.虾仁解冻。

9.虾米用水冲洗一下,泡软。(泡的水可以留用。)

10.糯米粉加入温水,揉成团,也可放少许盐揉,让丸子有点咸味。(粉与水的比例是粉100g:水84-85g)

11.搓成小丸子。

12.煮锅开水,把汤圆放入煮。

13.煮至汤圆浮起,再继续煮5分钟即可。

14.热油锅,把姜爆炒一下。

15.放蒜和冬菇炒。

18.放入大白菜和适量的水煮。

19.煮至萝卜和白菜软身。

20.放入叉烧和虾仁继续煮。

21.煮至虾仁熟透,放盐调味。

22.放入葱段或香菜翻炒匀。
