1.原料准备好,排骨昨晚已经洗好了;

2.灰树花去蒂把去表面的浮土,撕小片入温水中浸泡回软,放入适量盐有助于去除泥土;

3.排骨入开水锅中焯去血水;

小窍门&温馨提示
灰树花有好多泥土,可先用牙刷清除表面能看到的泥土,再用盐水浸泡,由于盐水密度大,可令泥土脱离,再用牙刷清洗一遍,最后多冲洗几次,基本就干净了。
