1.主要食材:鸡腿、香葱、姜、花椒

2.香葱一部分打结一部分切末、姜切大片。

3.鸡腿冷水下锅,放入葱结、姜片、花椒粒、加入1茶匙料酒大火烧沸转中小火煮。

4.中小火煮十分钟左右关火,不要揭盖,接着焖10分钟左右

5.焖好的鸡腿取出,撕成小块

6.加入蒸鱼豉油

7.放入切好的葱末

8.锅中放入2茶匙食用油1茶匙芝麻油,放入花椒粒小火炸香

9.炸香后捞出花椒粒不用,把热油浇在葱末上即好。

小窍门&温馨提示
炸花椒要保持小火,炸出香味即可,不要把花椒粒炸糊。
