1.普通面粉加2克盐搅拌一下增加筋性。

2.分次加入170克60度温水,用筷子搅成大面絮状。

3.先用手拢成一个面团就行,此时面团比较软,有点粘,先盖上醒五六分钟再揉就好了。

4.再揉一次面团就不粘手了,揉成比较光滑的面团后,在表面抹点薄油,装进保鲜袋密封醒面一个小时以上。

5.取出面团不用揉了,整理长条型,平均分四份。

6.取出一个擀成大面片。

7.上面刷一层食用油,撒上小葱花。

8.从一边切开如图,然后从一边开始卷起,一直卷倒最后。

9.然后把边缘处捏合一下,底部也捏合严实。

10.底部朝下,尖头朝上立起来。

11.用手按扁擀成一个圆饼。

12.锅中预热,刷一层油,下入饼胚,盖上盖子开始烙制大约1至2分钟。

13.待饼微微鼓起时,刷一层食用油

14.翻面盖上盖子再烙大约一分钟。

15.烙至两面金黄鼓起,出锅,看里面都是小薄层,非常柔软。

16.柔软筋道葱香扑鼻的葱花饼就做好了。
小窍门&温馨提示
食用油用玉米油和花生油都可以,我今天用的是大豆油,也非常的香,小葱用葱绿的部位就行。
