小黄鱼,
500克香菇豆豉酱,2茶匙
辅料:
生姜,
1块,
色拉油适量,
酱油,
半茶匙,
葱适量酱香小黄鱼的做法步骤

1.备好所用食材。

2.用细盐腌制一下黄鱼。

3.锅里加入姜片,焖五分钟至出味。

4.再加入色拉油将腌制好的黄鱼摆放在锅底。上盖焖十分钟。

5.再加入香菇豆豉酱调一下味。

6.将香菇酱及少许的酱油均匀的铺码在中间,继续焖五分钟。

7.焖好后再加入香葱,焖二分钟即可。

8.这样子一份香菇酱焖黄鱼就完成了
