9.然后顺着一个方向搅打上劲,搅馅时中间少量多次加入些花椒水(花椒泡的水)搅打到肉馅非常有粘性即可(等包馅时把葱末放入搅匀)

10.准备些葱油酥(锅中放油放入洋葱,大葱,小香葱炸香捞出,然后油温稍降一些把葱油倒入适量的面粉里搅匀即成葱油酥)

11.面醒发好后用手按扁
