12.汤的量就是没过菜就行。加入小半勺盐就行,因为咖喱块含有盐分,再加一点花椒面就可以,炖十五分钟。

13.炖十五分钟后,加入咖喱块,一人需要一块,一分钟咖喱块就能化开,这时把熟米饭放入汤中。

14.搅匀后盛入耐热容器,因为还需要放入220度的烤箱,只需加一半饭。

15.撒一层马苏里拉奶酪

16.再铺半层饭

17.再铺一层厚点的奶酪

18.烤箱220度预热,之后放入耐热容器,烤三四分钟,这时不要离开烤箱,奶酪表面出现黄色的点点时,就立马拿出来。

19.看奶酪上的黄点点,这样正好。

20.来一勺,看看拉丝,快点吃,拉丝只在六七分钟内存在,之后表面奶酪会凝结

21.里面的拉丝能持续十分钟吧,要趁热吃。
