1.鸡肉冷水下锅加入姜片,焯烫出血水后洗净备用。

2.甲鱼冷水下锅加入姜片,焯烫出血水后洗净备用。

3.适量当归,红枣,玉竹,麦冬,无花果洗净备用。

4.砂锅放入鸡肉和甲鱼。

5.放入煲汤配料。

6.加入适量清水,大火煮开转小火煲1小时左右。
