1.冰鲜虾适量。

2.剥去虾壳,去虾线,洗净,控水。

3.适量盐,白胡椒粉,红薯淀粉,半个蛋黄。(蛋黄根据虾仁多少增减)

4.抓匀稍腌。淀粉湖要像酸奶糊,要不虾仁挂不上

5.锅里适量油烧五成热,虾仁一个个挟入。

6.炸至两面金黄。(个人觉得,不用炸那么焦,口感不柴,硬,这个根据个人口味决定。)

7.捞出备用。

8.锅里留底油,姜蒜,辣椒段多放点。辣椒里扒虾球才有感觉??我放少了??

9.小火翻炒几下。
