1.先把干贝泡发,三个小时,接着用手撕碎备用。

2.大红虾去壳后,清洗干净后,把虾仁切成段备用。

3.准备好甜玉米粒与胡萝卜丁。

4.热锅下油,放入蒜末姜末葱花爆香。

5.放入干贝与虾仁滑炒。

6.淋入适量的料酒。

7.放入玉米粒与胡萝卜翻炒至熟。

8.盛三分之一的干贝虾仁玉米胡萝卜放入到煲碗中。

9.煲碗中加入提前半个小时煮好的糯米粥混合均匀。

10.加入适量的盐调味,继续用小火慢炖至粥浓稠状。

11.撒上葱花搅拌一下即可食用。
小窍门&温馨提示
市场上目前有两种干贝,一种纯淡干贝,纯淡干贝指晒制不添加任何盐分,只保存了仙贝原有海水的咸味,这种干贝干度好。另一种是带有咸味的干贝,这种干贝晒制过程中用少量的盐腌制过,整体手感比较湿。
