1.留一点蛋白粘杏仁用。

2.把面团的材料用用捏成团,(如果面团粘手的话,可以加点面粉),放冰箱冷藏30分钟。

3.面团松驰的时间,把杏仁对半切开。这样指甲粘得比较紧,不会脱落。

4.松驰好的面团分成6-10克不等的小面团。

5.把小面团搓成一边粗一边细的长条,捏出手指节,杏仁沾点蛋白按在细的那头,压上皱纹

6.排放在烤盘上。

7.放入预热好的烤箱,350F/180C度烤20分钟,然后关火焖10分钟,出炉。(各烤箱温度有差,按自家的烤箱脾气调整时间)

8.可以用果胶涂在指甲上装饰。
