1.河虾洗净

2.加入适量面粉,少量淀粉,适量椒盐,适量盐,适量小苏打

3.不用放水,河虾上有水分,直接搅拌均匀即可

4.放置一会儿,水份充分吸收到面粉中,以免有干面粉

5.锅中放入适量植物油,烧热
