1.1. 将小排洗净,焯水,煮透,然后在洗净

2.2. 将咸肉,香肠,莴笋,春笋,火腿切块

3.3. 用砂锅一只,锅内加清水、排骨块、咸肉块,用大火烧开;

4.4. 再加酒、葱段,改用中火慢慢焖到肉半熟,再加入竹笋块、盐、继续炽熟透。
