1.准备材料:低筋粉300g 黄油80g 白砂糖100g 糖粉140g(做糖霜用)鸡蛋3个 淡奶油40g 适量泡打粉

2.将黄油切小块,室温融化(冬天室温较低,这里就隔水融化了)

3.将白砂糖倒入融化的黄油中

4.中速打发至菊花状^.^

5.将一个鸡蛋 一个蛋黄在碗里打散(蛋清留着待会做糖霜用)

6.将蛋液倒入打发好的黄油中

7.搅拌均匀

8.取适量淡奶油倒入黄油糊中搅拌均匀

9.取适量泡打粉加入低筋粉中搅拌均匀,筛入糊中

10.用手或筷子搅拌均匀(面团不宜太硬,根据具体情况增减面粉量)

11.将揉好的面团裹上保鲜膜,放进冰箱冷藏半小时以上醒面

12.将醒好的面取出,擀成薄厚均匀的面皮,约3~5mm

16.烤盘铺上油纸,将面皮放到烤盘中,彼此之间留有适当空隙

17.入烤箱烤制,上下火170度中层15分钟,烤好后拿出晾凉,待裱花用

18.糖霜制作:将鸡蛋清加少许柠檬汁或白醋打发气泡,加入糖粉继续打发,打发至稠稠的酸奶状即可,平均分到几个碗中,加入色素(根据喜好),调匀备用

20.裱好糖霜,码在盘子里晾干(如晾不干可放烤箱上火80度3~4分钟,注意观察避免起泡)
小窍门&温馨提示
如果想要饼干松软一些,可适量加入些塔塔分和小苏打,面粉量要少,和出来的面团需要是粘粑粑的那种,冷藏后会比较好揉。
