1.秋刀鱼洗净,切几刀!

2.放入盐腌制一小时!

4.调制料汁:蚝油,糖,水,烧烤料,辣椒油,盐,料酒,生抽老抽,醋,调好!

5.平底锅放油,放入秋刀鱼煎制(小火)

6.煎好一面翻过来煎制另一面!

7.将煎好的秋刀鱼放入炒锅中,放入一点油,然后放入蒜姜末,然后倒入调好的料汁,煎焖十分钟左右,中途要晃动,放一会糊锅,然后盖上锅盖关火,焖几分钟就可以了!
