1.鱼冼净控干水

4.表面切花刀以入味

5.将调料均匀的抺在鱼身上腌制1小时以上

7.用锡纸包好

8.烤箱220度预热,将鱼送入烤箱烤制(这条鱼中等大小,我用了不到35分钟)

9.用隔热手套取出鱼,撒上孜然粒再进烤箱烤2~3分钟即可
