1.早上做三豆豆浆留下的豆渣,稍带了点豆浆

2.面粉、酵母和白糖放到豆渣盆中

3.和成光滑的面团,盖湿布放温暖处发酵,豆渣面团不像白面团,发酵后的蜂窝状不是很明显(少拍了照片)

4.发酵好的面团取出放案板上揉压排气,用擀面杖擀成长方形,刷一薄层油,撒点精盐

5.从上到下卷起

6.切成梯形的小块

7.取两小块,长边与短边重合,用筷子在中间压一下

8.做好的花卷胚放到蒸锅里二次发酵,等面团膨大变轻即可

9.大火烧开转中火18分钟,关火虚蒸5分钟后再开盖
