1.猪瘦肉洗净,切丝备用;个人认为切成肉末,更美观;

2.肉丝里调入盐、香油、淀粉,搅拌均匀,腌制片刻;

小窍门&温馨提示
1、酸菜有咸味,所以后面不用放盐;
2、能吃辣,就将小米辣放进锅里炒香;不能吃辣,就装饰在菜上即可;
