1.先放牛奶再放面粉,酵母埋在面粉中

2.启动一个揉面程序,和好的面团取出揉圆盖保鲜膜放冰箱里冷藏发酵18个小时

3.把除黄油外的主面团材料放到面包桶中,发酵好的中种面团撕成小块,启动一个揉面程序结束后,放入黄油再启动揉面程序,两次总共用了30分钟
