2.制作:1.先将月饼馅分割为25克一个备用

3.2.将冷开水倒入冰皮月饼粉中用刮刀快速拌匀至无粉状,此时面团比较粗糙

4.3.把面团放硅胶垫上,分次倒入白油用手搓揉均匀至油被完全吸收

5.4.搓揉至表面光滑即可
