1.把买回来的山楂用盐水搓洗,清洗干净,沥干水

2.把山楂去把和蒂,中间切开,将核取出

3.将处理好的山楂倒入锅中,加入水

4.开火煮至软烂

6.将煮烂的山楂倒入料理机中打成泥

7.将山楂泥重新倒入锅中加入白糖(要用不粘锅)

8.开火要不停的翻炒,颜色会由橙红逐渐变成深红

9.随着水分的蒸发,逐渐变得浓稠就可以了
