1.准备好食材:巧克力酱、可可粉、鸡蛋、牛奶、椰浆、白砂糖、低筋粉。

2.首先将200克鸡蛋液磕入厨师机内胆里

5.打蛋时将80克低粉过筛三遍

6.鸡蛋打发到插一根牙签不倒即可。

7.然后将过好筛的低粉加进去,用上下翻拌的手法搅拌至无干粉颗粒。

8.将兑好的椰浆和牛奶倒入搅拌均匀

9.搅拌好的蛋糕糊倒进铺好油纸的烤盘内,摇动烤盘令蛋糕糊铺均匀,然后端起烤盘摔几次震去气泡。

10.厨师机内胆里留一点蛋糕糊加入1克可可粉搅匀之后放在裱花袋里

11.将可可蛋糕糊纵向在蛋糕糊表面挤几道

12.然后用牙签正反方向横向分别划几下

13.放入190度预热好的烤箱内定时16分钟

14.时间到了马上取出烤盘

15.将蛋糕倒扣在烤网上慢慢揭去油纸晾一会儿,然后把蛋糕挪到油纸上。

16.在蛋糕反面上抹一层巧克力酱

17.然后拿着油纸慢慢将蛋糕卷起来,油纸两头拧一下,放入冰箱冷藏一小时取出切块食用。
小窍门&温馨提示
1卷的动作要轻柔,温热时就要卷,不要用力往下按,不然容易裂。
2一定要震掉气泡,不然组织空洞多。
