1.鲅鱼准备好!

2.稍微解冻之后切片,不要太薄!

3.然后摊到盖垫上凉一宿!

4.晾干之后放入油中炸制!

5.炸到变成枣红色捞出,再复炸一次,捞出!

6.锅中倒入水,放入生抽,料酒,盐,糖,醋,老抽,八角,茴香,麻椒,煮开之后小火再煮五分钟左右!

7.然后把煮好的酱汁倒入大碗中,放入炸好的鲅鱼腌制一晚上!即可!
