2.事先将鸭脚清洗干净,把指甲祛除掉,鸭脚和鹌鹑蛋放入锅中中火加热10分钟煮熟,放些姜片可以祛除鸭脚本身带有的腥味(确实很腥)

3.鸭脚盛出滤干水份,鹌鹑剥皮备用

4.热锅放入差不多没过鸭脚的油,待油温9成热时放入鸭脚,油温一定要高,这样才能使鸭脚的外皮抛起来,此过程过于高能,油爆过程实在惊心动魄,安全起见,油炸过程中可放上锅盖

5.连男神大厨都HOLD不住,炸的时候还是老实放上锅盖吧

7.烧水,待水沸腾后放花甲煮5分钟,不需要太熟

炸鸭脚的时候,以防油爆,请盖上锅盖,一定要高温炸,才能保证鸭脚的皮抛起来,吃起来才会更有口感,小编也试过其他牌子的螺蛳粉,奇怪的是都没有他家的汤头那么香郁
