1.带皮五花肉切成2公分的小块;

2.入凉水锅中煮开一分钟,捞出控干水分;

小窍门&温馨提示
1. 五花肉焯水再炒,不腻;加冰糖炒糖色,表面鲜亮;
2. 春笋焯水,可以去掉一些微涩味;
3. 酱油少放,糖色炒得好,根本就不用酱油,但我是北方人,喜欢颜色重点儿,所以放了一点。
