1.准备原材料;

2. 烧锅开水, 加入少许盐和油, 将西芹放入里面焯煮一分钟后捞出;

小窍门&温馨提示
1 焯西芹的时候加入少许盐和油能让西芹的颜色更翠绿; 2. 牛肉要逆着肉的纹理切; 3. 腌制牛肉时可以多次加入姜汁水, 抓匀, 让牛肉多吃点汁水,再静置10分钟,这样炒出来的牛肉才会更嫩。
