1.准备好得需要用的材料。南姜带泥沙比较脏,掰开用刷子把南姜刷干净,晒干备用

2.把芥菜一片片掰开清洗干净

3.芥菜头的老丝撕掉,冲洗干净备用

4.把芥菜切成自己喜欢的大小

5.切好之后平铺开来放在通风处晾干水分,晒掉水分,贡菜才好保存,这一步必不可少哦

6.把南姜用石盅捣成末状,南姜也可以切小块点再来捣碎

7.捣至如图,一定要用捣的,这样南姜的香味才能更有效地发挥

8.晒干水分的芥菜倒入盐适当的搓一搓,能更快杀出水分

9.芥菜杀出水分,把芥菜挤干多余的水分

10.使尽最大的力量把芥菜挤干水分,如图

11.接着把南姜末倒入芥菜中混合均匀,再次搓一搓

12.最后可以尝试一下味道咸不咸,太淡的话得适量的加少许盐,我这个的咸度比炒菜的咸度再咸一点点就可以,太淡也不好保存哦
